Course Description

Candidates will be introduced to the core rules of the UAE’s new corporate income tax and to the rules specifically applicable to real estate transactions in the UAE whether those transactions cover rental, sales, investment or development. Candidates will be introduced to the differences if any if these transactions are entered into by a sole trader, partnership, company, foundation or real estate investment trust.
