About
Yaqeen Al Hammadi is the first Emirati woman to serve as a property rent judge in Dubai at the Rental Disputes Center, the judicial arm of Dubai Land Department and as a pioneer in teaching local Dubai real estate laws, she is also the first faculty member to be accredited with teaching and training staff at the Dubai Real Estate Institute.
Al Hammadi holds a bachelor's degree in law and also undertook graduate studies in legal research, preparing legal property management reports and materials that have seen her become an accredited member of the committee that is responsible for drafting laws at the Rental Disputes Centre in Dubai. She is also a certified assessor for the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
